Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun: NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman will be in Ottawa next week, and could announce that Ottawa will host the 2012 NHL All-Star Game. More than 25 teams put in bids to host the 2011-12 All-Star game.
