Ansar Khan: Forward Henrik Zetterberg (neck) returned to practice yesterday.

Ansar Khan of MLive: Defenseman Ryan Sproul has been cleared to return after having ACL surgery last April.

“I’ve been pretty close for a couple weeks now,” Sproul said. “At camp, it was kind of no point to force it, so I’d like to get into a couple exhibition games, so I’m looking forward it.”

Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch: Forward Robby Fabbri will miss the remainder of the preseason after he re-injured his left knee. Fabbri will be reevaluated in 10 days.

Fabbri joins a growing list of injured Blues: Zach Sanford (shoulder), Jay Bouwmeester (ankle), and Alex Steen (hand).
