Kossila – $650,000 in the NHL and $125,000 in the minors.

Roy – $874,000 in the NHL and $70,000 in the minors.

Welinski – $690,000 in the NHL and $125,000 in the minors.

Stephen Whyno: The Devils have signed Stefan Noesen to a one-year deal at $1.725 million salary cap hit. The Devils have signed Blake Coleman to a three-year deal at a $1.8 million salary cap hit.

On the New York Islanders …

Cap Friendly: The Islanders have re-signed RFA defenseman Ryan Pulock to a two-year deal with a salary cap hit of $2 million.

On the New York Rangers …

Larry Brooks: The Rangers have signed Jimmy Vesey to a two-year deal with a salary cap hit of $2.275 million. He’ll have salaries of $2.2 and $2.35 million.

New York Rangers: The Rangers have hired David Oliver and Greg Brown as assistant coaches. Oliver was with the Avalanche and Brown from Boston College.

Jason Mackey: The Penguins have signed Teddy Blueger, Thomas DiPauli and Ethan Prow to one-year, two-way deals at $650,000.

Chris Johnston: The Sharks have put Noah Rod on unconditional waivers and will be terminating his contract.
