NHL Injuries: Sabres, Blackhawks, Canadiens, Ducks and More
Jonathan Toews and Sami Vatanen
On the Buffalo Sabres …

John Vogl of the Buffalo News: Jack Eichel practiced yesterday but didn’t travel with the team to Washington.

“He was bouncing in and out of guys, and it’s another step,” Bylsma said. “He wanted to be in some game situations. He wanted to be in some of those type situations to read and react, to move in different directions and test. It was a positive conversation with how he felt practice went.”

The Sabres have 104 man-games lost so far this season and will add six more when Jack Eichel, Tyler Ennis, Zach Bogosian, Dmitry Kulikov, Nicolas Deslauriers and Cody McCormick don’t play against the Capitals. The Capitals on the other hand have three man-games lost.
