Dan Rosen of NHL.com: Goaltender Henrik Lundqvist will be out for the next two to three weeks with a muscle strain in his hip that he suffered in the first period of Tuesday game. He finished the game, making 43 saves and picking up the win.

“I know exactly when it happened,” Lundqvist said Saturday. “If you would tell me to get off the ice you would not be able to because I wanted to continue to play. Now it’s about how you deal with it and make the most of these next two weeks, training and rest and try to come back on top of things.”

Daniel Popper: Both Rick Nash (upper-body) and Michael Grabner (hip) practiced yesterday.

On the Pittsburgh Penguins …

Ron Cook of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette: Defenseman Kris Letang is still out with a “hockey related” injury that isn’t a concussion. He’s been out since February 21st, and hasn’t practiced since the 24th. There is no timetable on his return.

Jonathan Bombulie of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: Coach Mike Sullivan said that forward Carl Hagelin will be out for at least four weeks with a lower-body injury.
