Bruins getting healthy

98.5 The Sports Hub: The Boston Bruins could get three players back today according to coach Bruce Cassidy.

Bob Stauffer: Edmonton Oilers defenseman Kris Russell has missed the past five games with an undisclosed injury. He could be activated before today game. If they did so, they would be over the roster limit but with the roster freeze and would need adjust that on the 28th.

Alzner recalled

Renaud Lavoie: The Montreal Canadiens have recalled defenseman Karl Alzner from the AHL and have put defenseman David Schlemko on the IR. Schlemko was injured in their last game against the Coyotes.

Dumba out three months

Minnesota Wild: Defenseman Matt Dumba will miss at least three months after having surgery to repair a ruptured right pectoralis muscle.

Moore could be recalled

Kristen Shilton: The Toronto Maple Leafs Leafs re-assigned Trevor Moore back to the AHL on the 24th and they could recall him tomorrow for their game against the Blue Jackets.
