  • Craig Morgan: Coyotes forward Mikkel Boedker will be out for four to six weeks after having his spleen removed.
  • Mark Stepneski: Stars Erik Cole left last night’s game with an upper-body injury.
  • Dan Rosen: The Sharks put Justin Braun and Tommy Wingels on the IR. Both players are expected to be out for while.
  • Calgary Flames: Ladislav Smid was put on the IR, Karri Ramo was activated from the IR.
  • Jonas Siegel: Maple Leafs Leo Komarov won’t play tonight. Komarov, Joffrey Lupul, Peter Holland and Stephane Robidas are expected to join the team after the all-star break. Chris Johnston: Lupul and Holland skated again before practice yesterday.
  • Chris Johnston: Leafs Tyler Bozak missed practice yesterday due to personal reasons, but is expected to play tonight.
  • Chuck Gormley: Capitals GM Bryan MacLellan said that surgery for Dmitry Orlov is still an option. They will know more in a few weeks.
  • Ansar Khan: Red Wings Tomas Jurco (back) was on the ice towards the end of yesterday’s skate.
  • Dave Molinari: Patric Hornqvist and Blake Comeau should be able to start skating next week.
