  • Andy Strickland via twitter: Sources are saying Blues minority owner Tom Sillman has signed a purchase agreement to buy the St. Louis Blues.
  • Bob McKenzie via twitter: The Jets have put Derek Meech on waivers. The Sharks have put Frazer McLaren on waivers. The Flames Brett Carson and the Panthers Michal Repik clear waivers.
  • Andy Strickland of True Hockey: Blues forward Andy McDonald has been out since Oct. 13th, but is getting close to removing his no-contact practice jersey.
  • Andy Strickland of True Hockey: It’s looking like the Blues will be trading AHL goalie Ben Bishop before the trade deadline. He’ll be a group VI unrestricted free agent at the end of the year if he doesn’t play in 15 more games. If he does play in 15 games, he’ll be a group II free agent a the team would retain his rights.
