Bob McKenzie: Ekblad may or may not have a concussion. He does have a stiff neck and is getting treatment on it. He’s currently day-to-day.

Harvey Fialkov: Ekblad has had two prior concussions – one in a World Junior exhibition game in August of 2014 and one last season.

Darren Dreger: Have been told that Ekblad is feeling better today and will probably stay with Team North America for now. He won’t play if there is any risk.
