On Antti Raanta and the Vegas Golden Knights …

Craig Custance of ESPN: The Rangers to protect Henrik Lundqvist for the expansion draft, Antti Raanta will be exposed. He has a year left on his contract. Raanta will be starting for the Rangers while Lundqvist is out, and two Vegas scouts were watching the Rangers on Sunday in Detroit. Raanta isn’t trying to think that far ahead.

“You just have to be in the moment,” he said. “You can’t go too much thinking what everybody else is thinking — is someone thinking I’m good enough?”
