George Richards: GM/coach Tom Rowe said that it would be a surprise if goaltender Roberto Luongo plays again this season.

Ian Mendes: GM Pierre Dorion said on TSN 1200 that defenseman Marc Methot will have some tests today and there could be a status update later this week.

Coach Guy Boucher said that Cody Ceci (leg), Marc Methot (finger) and Zack Smith (undisclosed) all won’t be back before the end of the regular season. Boucher yesterday:

“(Karlsson) is day-to-day. Up to now, there hasn’t been any changes. If there is, they’ll let me know. I know he was on the ice today. I haven’t gotten any information back yet.”
