  • Calgary Flames: The Flames have relieved GM Jay Feaster and assistant GM John Weisbrod of their duties.
  • Josh Rimer: Hearing the Sabres are speeding up their GM search process now.
  • Andrew Gross: Rangers Alain Vigneault confirms that Dylan McIlarth is in, along with Aaron Asham, Benoit Pouliot and Tom Pyatt. Justin Falk and Derrick Brassard are out.
  • Helene Elliott: Dean Lombardi told USA Olympic GM David Poile that goalie Jonathan Quick will be back by the end of the year.
  • Ansar Khan: Red Wings Jimmy Howard said that he’s hoping to only be out for a one to two weeks, but will not know for sure until after his MRI tomorrow.
  • John Vogl: Sabres Cody Hodgson will miss tonight’s game with a lower-body injury. Ville Leino is back in the lineup.
  • Damian Cristodero: Lightning’s Victor Hedman’s lower-body injury is not progressing and will be out at least another week.
