Blues Sign Chris Stewart To A Two-Year Extenion

The St. Louis Blues have signed RFA winger Chris Stewart to a two-year contract worth $8.3 million, with yearly salaries of $4.1 million and $4.2 million.

Stewart came to the Blues in a deal with Kevin Shattenkirk and a 2nd round pick for Erik Johnson, Jay McClement and a 1st round pick.

    Yes, I do believe that Chris Stewart deserved a contract extension. The contract is fair across the board. I don’t know how Blues fans feel about Stewart, but Colorado fans still talk so much trash about him being inconsistent and are glad he was traded. Personally, I miss having him. The Avs haven’t had a legit power forward since he left.
