The NHL has suspended Buffalo Sabres Patrick Kaleta for five games for boarding New York Rangers center Brad Richards.
Five games was the maximum Kaleta could receive with the phone hearing.
Richards returned to the game. Kaleta is a repeat offender, he has been suspended twice during his career.
