The Winnipeg Jets have acquired winger Eric Tangradi from the Pittsburgh Penguins for a 2013 7th round pick.
Tangradi started the season on the Penguins 2nd line with Evgeni Malkin and James Neal. He’s never been able to put it together for the Penguins.
He was drafted by the Anaheim Ducks in the 2nd round, 42nd overall in 2007. Tangradi was trade with Chris Kunitz to the Penguins for Ryan Whitney in 2009.
