Bill Daly on Visnovsky: “The KHL has repeatedly said that they will not permit him to play, so I guess we will have to see what happens” Arthur Staple via twitter: Bill Daly in an email: “(Visnovsky) will not be allowed to play in the KHL without the #Isles consent.” The Islanders won’t be giving Visnovsky consent to play in the KHL. Katie Strang via twitter: The IIHF hasn’t received an official complaint from the NHL on the Visnovsky issue. The IIHF involvement would only happen if the NHL and KHL can’t settle the issue.
